Powering the E-Bolt Supply #42 entry, McKay Wenger invaded Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Illinois) on Friday evening competing in a field of 16 Open Wheel Modifieds. After starting the night off with a heat race win, Wenger dropped one spot in the feature to place 2nd behind Allen Weisser with Rodney Standerfer, Kevin Morrow, and Zac Oedewaldt rounding out the Top-5.

July 7, 2018 - Runner-up Finish With Hell Tour at Farmer City Raceway
1Friday night brought McKay Wenger to Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Illinois) returning with the DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour for the 16th stop. In a field of 26 Open Wheel Modifieds, Wenger followed up the fastest time overall in qualifying with a heat race victory. Earning the pole position for the A-Main, McKay dropped one spot to place 2nd behind Mike Harrison with Ray Bollinger, Jeffrey Ledford, and Mike Chasteen Jr. completing the Top-5 finishers.

On Saturday at Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) for the regular night of racing, McKay registered the second quickest lap behind Tyler Weiss in qualifying before streaking to heat race win. Starting the feature in 2nd, Wenger faded one spot late to place 3rd behind Jeffrey and Jay Ledford with Donovan Lodge and Steven Brooks trailing them across the finish line.

McKay is currently leading the points standings at Fairbury Speedway, second at Farmer City Raceway, 1st in overall UMP points in Illinois and 16th nationally.

June 30, 2018 - McKay Wenger Bags Two-Win Weekend; Third-Straight at FCR
1Behind the wheel of the Crop Productions Services #42 Modified entry, McKay Wenger made the short trek to Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Illinois) on Friday evening for the regular night of racing. After leading every lap of his heat race, Wenger topped the 10-car field in the feature capturing his third straight win over Chevy Miller, Kyle Byerline, Craig Kern, and Kevin Morrow.

1Saturday night in a field of 15 cars at Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois), Wenger locked his spot into the A-Main with a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Jay Ledford. Overtaking Ledford for the lead early, McKay Wenger cruised to his second straight victory and fourth on the season over Ledford, Steven Brooks, Derick Doerr, and Nick Lueth.

June 23, 2018 - 14th Place Finish in Summer Nationals Hell Tour Debut at Fairbury
Making his first start of the season with the DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour, McKay Wenger was one of 32 Open Wheel Modifieds signed in at Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) on Saturday evening for the $1,500 top prize. Following the third fastest time in qualifying, McKay made contact with the wall in his heat race that flattened a tire. Using a provisional into the show, Wenger passed seven cars in the 30-lap feature reeling in a 14th place finish.

He currently holds a two-point lead in the Modified point standings at Fairbury American Legion Speedway.

June 16, 2018 - Back-to-Back for Wenger at Farmer City; 2nd to Weisser at Fairbury
1Piloting the Creative Kitchens & Baths #42 Open Wheel Modified, McKay Wenger returned to Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Illinois) on Friday night. In a field of 13 cars, Wenger followed up the fastest lap in time trials with a heat race win. Starting on the pole of the feature, McKay led every lap to pick up his second win of the season topping Mike Chasteen Jr., Brian Lynn, Chevy Miller, and Dan Rork at the finish line.

On Saturday night at Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois), Wenger scored a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Jeffrey Ledford locking him into the 3rd-starting position for the A-Main. Improving one spot, McKay reeled in a 2nd place finish behind Allen Weisser with Ledford, Alan Stipp, and Austin Lynn rounding out the Top-5.

June 9, 2018 - Wenger Bags First Win of the Season at Farmer City Raceway; 2nd at FALS
1McKay Wenger was one 13 UMP Open Wheel Modifieds signed in at Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Illinois) on Friday evening for the regular night of racing. After laying down the fastest time overall in qualifying, McKay cruised to a heat race victory positioning him on the pole for the feature. Losing the top spot early, Wenger regained the lead near the halfway point en route to his first win of the season over Mike Chasteen Jr., Chevy Miller, R.J. Pruitt, and Brian Lynn.

The following night at Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois), Wenger timed in third fastest in qualifying before picking up a heat race win. Starting on the pole of the feature, McKay dropped one spot to place 2nd behind Mike McKinney with Jamie Lomax, Nick Clubb, and Alan Stipp completing the Top-5 finishers.

1Saturday night found McKay Wenger in action at Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) powering the Crop Production Services #42 Open Wheel Modified in a field of 16 cars. Following the third fastest time in qualifying, McKay jumped up one spot in his 10-lap heat to pick up the win. Earning the pole position for the feature, Wenger was involved in a three-way battle for the lead in the final laps only to come up short at the line trailing Mike McKinney and Collin Thirlby across the line with Dave Porth and Chevy Miller completing the Top-5 finishers.

1Fairbury, Illinois' racer, McKay Wenger is the newest addition to the MSR Mafia team, and a brand-new website has been launched at www.McKayWenger.com.

McKay - who is known as "The Reaper" - is a veteran of the racing world in both the Modified and Late Model ranks.

He currently pilots the Crop Production Services #42 Creative Kitchens & Baths/ Elite Chassis Modified.

Thus far into the 2018 season he has entered 11 events with six Top-5 finishes and 10 Top-10 finishes.
