Motor issues surface at Fairbury Speedway

Friday night saw McKay Wenger return to the driver’s seat of his Creative Kitchens & Baths No. 42 Late Model at Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Ill.). After improving one spot in his heat race to finish second, the crew discovered a broken water pump that sidelined him from the feature.

The following night at Fairbury Speedway (Fairbury, Ill.), Wenger came in second in his heat but motor issues prevented him from competing in the main event.
