Seventh-place finish with MARS Racing Series at Adams County

With Mother Nature wiping out the first two rounds of the tripleheader weekend, McKay Wenger followed the MARS Racing Series to Adams County Speedway (Quincy, Ill.) on Sunday for the $7,000 prize. After topping the 24-car field in time trials to claim the Allstar Performance Quick Time Award, Wenger scored a second-place finish in his heat, which came behind Ryan Unzicker. Losing three spots in the 40-lap feature, McKay notched a seventh-place finish.
